We handle refunds and cancellations on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying our customers. We stand by our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers. Our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have a no refund policy for change of mind. All digital e-Book purchases are final and non-refundable.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

The Honour Project has partnered with Wix, Stripe and PayPal to enable you to safely and securely make payments for products and services purchased through this Site. Use of PII that you share with these processing vendors is governed by their respective privacy policies.
