Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
We handle refunds and cancellations on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying our customers. We stand by our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers. Our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have a no refund policy for change of mind. All digital e-Book purchases are final and non-refundable.

You agree that any information you give to The Honour Project will always be honest. You must not impersonate someone else or provide information or an email address other than your own.
You are not to share or distribute the link or password access details provided to you on any purchase, such as the Digital eBook purchases.
Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed. What type of information do we collect, store, use or share?
The Honour Project receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.
When you communicate with us through the site’s contact form, we require that you share your name and email. You can also communicate with The Honour Project directly through email. You are solely responsible for whatever personal information you share with The Honour Project through the contact form or any other medium.
In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; e-mail address; computer and connection information. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
The Honour Project has partnered with Wix, Stripe and PayPal to enable you to safely and securely make payments for products and services purchased through this Site. Use of PII that you share with these processing vendors is governed by their respective privacy policies. When you pay for a service, these e-commerce platforms require that you provide them with personally identifiable information (PII), which may include your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
